Tuscan Reginette made with durum wheat, 100% Tuscan; dried at low temperature to fully preserve all the nutritional properties of the wheat. The pasta is bronze-drawn to give it a rough and porous texture that enhances its quality and complements the sauce.

Drying Time:
The pasta is dried for 3 days (72 hours) at temperatures below 38° Celsius in static cells.
